My job experience in Germany

This time I’d like to tell something about my recent job experience in Hotel in Germany and I have chosen to write in English to let understand and read everyone…

I had an incredible chance to see and value the working system in Germany, in Munich, one of the bigger cities and I can say…Wow, what a difference with the italian system…
I prefer not to specify what’s the best method for me, but if my country would begin updating its so old methodology I’m sure that something could improve and offer an efficient service and quality to the clients coming from all over the world !
As you know, we live – as I hear often- in a beautiful country with so many beauties, great food and wine, super fashion style, special lights and colors, an incredible as well as enviable architecture and art in many forms but….there is always a BUT…
If you go to an Hotel in Germany, you don’t need to give your ID but you have simply to fill in a registration form with some information and then to provide your credit card as guarantee…that’s it.
At the end of your stay, usually pretty confortable and with all the services you expect to find and receive, you’ve simply to pay your bill…
The city tax ? It’s something unknown or already included in the total amount in Germany, that in my opinion has worsened the credibility of our service, not always impeccable nor as expected. This thanks to the regulation on hotel classification, in Italy variable from Region to Region…
If you go to Germany, this doesn’t exist : it exists a national law on Hotel classification, which gives the guarantee to find the same quality and service in every Land…something I appreciate much…

I think that Italy has much to offer and could modify so much of the current system, everything could become more efficient, quicker and easier, with less bureaucracy… This is also the reason why all of we continue coming back to our country!
