My background is in the hospitality industry, always in front/back office. I continue working as a Virtual Assistant. I support extra-hotel facilities or commercial companies in Italy or abroad.

What Tools do I use?
Coming from a job in the hotel industry, I know how to work on some Booking engines, Channel managers.
I know how to use a RMS for daily pickups but they are generally done by operators in the front or back office. I know how to update the GDS for rates and conditions.
Non-hotel properties below 10 rooms tend not to use these tools, so I adapt to using directly the extranets of OTAs and apps.
I know how to work on WP, so I can update content and pages, where required.
