What to do when it rains in the Lake district – Bowness-on-Windermere is a town in South Lakeland, Cumbria, England. Since its set on the banks of Windermere, this Lake District is a stunning place with vivid striking views leaving you tranquil and with soothing travel memories. It houses valleys and fells with sublime villages, with hilltops and serene lakes. And some super comfy hotels where you can just relax among fires enjoying the scrumptious meals in between exploring the lake district and taking walks, cycling or trekking etc.
