B&B Nonna Giulia in Santa Marinella : a great customer experience

During my last holiday I chose to visit the center and the north of Italy, and after I landed in Fiumicino airport, the airport of Rome, I decided to move directly towards the north coast.

I got to know about Nonna Giulia B&B by chance because, once arrived in Santa Marinella, I found out that the hotel I was supposed to stay at was overbooked. At a bar on the shore, some locals pointed me to the Nonna Giulia bed and breakfast in Santa Marinella, and I still have to thank them.

The owners were very kind on the phone already, and although their basic although English the communication was good. They came picking me up and lead me to their family-managed structure. I chose a double room for the sake of comfort and, all the industry standard services came with it (such as a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV and a rather powerful and free Wi-Fi connection).

The room was bright and clean, the mattress firm, sheets and towels nicely scented. A small private balcony overlooked the quite neighborhood, and allowing me to smoke and read in the calm afternoons.
I was also proposed several different breakfast alternatives and had the chance to drink authentic, home-made Italian espresso and taste many biological and locally produced jams.

Before leaving, I had some connection problems with my tablet but the owner’s son was very helpful in resolving them for me in few minutes. My only regret was staying in Santa Marinella only one night.
